It is coming up in February 1 year since completion of building 1 bedroom unit. It STILL does not have a code of compliance. There was a long list of failures and the company has avoided and denied and mucked around so much. During the build the miscommunication was so bad. The builder/site worker did not know what was supposed to be happening most of the time. The whole build was so stressful as they kept mucking things up due to lack of ability and communication. I do not recommend sunshine homes whangarei at all. Beware go elsewhere. 1 year on and still battling to get a code of compliance.

Brett went above and beyond to get us in a home for a reasonable price. Our experience with Sunshine was night and day to the last building company, who robbed us and ran. A great economical option with a confident director at the helm.
