Latitude Northland made the build process super easy right from getting a quote, to getting code of compliance. The place looks great as well. Very much appreciated the regular updates for peace of mind, and no question was too much effort to answer.

First time new home builders and have been super impressed with Haimona and his team. No problems and solutions for all issues however minor. Easy to work with and straight forward in his response. Honest and trustworthy, no surprises with invoices or costs. Great attention to detail and really tidy finish. On time and on budget, what more can we say. Happy to recommend.

I had the motu design built with some slight modifications and I'm really pleased with it. Haimona and the team made the building process simple, straight-forward and stress-free. Haimona and his team were awesome. He guided me through every step and made it all seamless for the build. He customised one their designs to meet my families needs. Communication was awesome throughout. Highly recommend if you’re building in the North.
