5 Stars - Stress-Free Custom Build, 2 Months Ahead of Schedule! We are writing this review just over a year after receiving the keys to our new home, and we can’t recommend Peter Ray Homes Christchurch highly enough. From start to finish, the process was completely stress-free. The Design Phase: We came with a custom design and specific requirements. Our sales consultant, Tara Cattermole, was incredible. She was proactive from concept to contract, suggesting brilliant alternatives to our original drawings that truly improved the final result. Her communication and professionalism made the initial stages feel easy. Construction & Communication: Our Project Manager, Ross, kept us in the loop with weekly progress reports and photos. He was always quick to answer questions. A week before handover, Ross walked us through the house to ensure everything was perfect. Aside from a couple of minor paint touch-ups, the house was flawless. Our builder, Trevor, was also approachable, helpful, and clearly takes pride in his work. Quality & Budget: The Finish: High quality throughout. The Site: The job site was kept clean and organized throughout the build. The Bottom Line: No hidden costs. They finished 2 months ahead of schedule and not one cent of above the original contract price. If you are looking for a Building Company that meets "fussy" requirements with total integrity, go with Peter Ray Homes. We would build with them again.

We recently built our new amazing home in West Melton with Peter Ray Homes and it was a great easy process that made building a breeze. We were able to change a plan to make it our own to fit our family needs and have all the things everyone wanted in a home, for our son he wanted a games room to play pool, our daughter wanted a big walk in wardrobe and bathroom, we were able to make this happen with some minor changes. The build process went smoothly and was finished sooner than expected.
