Well priced and way better finish than majority of “tiny homes” even though these are not so tiny. Always answers the phone and gets the answers I needed. I loved working with Sophie so much we are getting another one, would 100% recommend. Lovely personal touch when the house was finished too

We got a little home from Living Little recently and absolutely love it. It's well designed, well finished and so so warm. We looked around a bit before deciding to go with Living Little and it was the quality of finish and friendly communication that stood out. Sophie and John were always amazing to deal with, have gone above and beyond to help us through the process and deal with our individual challenges. We were able to customise the design to suit us and it feels like a normal house, surprisingly spacious and good storage. If you're considering a little home like these definitely don't hesitate to give Sophie a call.

Sophie and John did a fantastic job from when we first approached them until all the niggly minor fixups were completed. They both listened to our problems and dealt with them swiftly and efficiently. The whole job from our first contact took 7 months and that included the break for Christmas, New Year and the lousy weather! And best of all, most of it was not onsite so very little disruption to our personal lives. Sophie took on the CCC for us and dealt with them right through until we got our final Development Contributions bill, thank you so much for that. A wonderful house that everyone who has seen it loves. We recommend Living Little to anyone thinking of building, whether it be a small Granny Flat or a full sizr family home.

Living Little built a 50sqm 1 bedroom little house for my mum and she absolutely loves it. Sophie was so helpful at all stages of the process and went out of her way to answer all the tricky questions we had. The little home is a great build quality, is very comfortable and looks great. The use of space is very clever. Mum loves the large kitchen with lots of storage space and the good-sized wardrobe. The home was completed in a very reasonable timeframe and was very well priced for all that was included. We thoroughly recommend Living Little for anyone looking to make the smart move to a little home!
