Jurgen from Swift builders initially completed a small structural restoration project in 2023, and did a great job at a competitive rate. For a much larger project which was replacing a 800sqm asbestos roof, I had been engaging roofing companies for quotations, most of which were coming in with very high rates and a lack of details regarding what the job covered. I was not feeling confident that any of them would complete the project without surprise costs. I'm located overseas, so really needed someone on the ground who would act on my behalf. Although not a specific roofing company, I thought I'd contact Jurgen given his great communication skills with the previous project. Jurgen took on a project management role, shopping around for the various subcontractors needed and assessing the project as a whole. His numbers came in less than all others and it was obvious that more thought had gone into the planning. Jurgen demonstrated that he was a very experienced builder. The project went off without a hitch and within budget. I received daily updates and was consulted throughout the process on all matters. Since then I've been using Swift builders for all my building needs. I highly recommend Swift builders!
