I bought a second-hand house in Rolleston, which was built by Tailored Homes. The warranty period had already expired. After we moved in, we kept hearing the sound of water dripping in the trusses, which made it impossible for us to sleep at night. We contacted Tailored Homes and spoke to the General Manager about our issue. Apple came right away and quickly arranged for the maintenance manager, Joseph, to handle the problem. The plumber was also very cooperative, and they resolved the issue. The whole process was very smooth. Even though we bought a second-hand house, we were treated very well. I highly recommend this company! I felt that this team truly cares about their work, whether it's the manager or the contractors. Whenever a problem arose, they addressed it immediately without any excuses.

We are first-home buyers and purchased a turn-key townhouse with Tailored Homes. Their price was very affordable for us. When we signed the contract the site was still just grass, so we were naturally a bit worried about how the final house would turn out. However, after talking with the General Manager, Apple, almost all of our concerns were eased, especially with the protection of their sunset clause. During construction, the developer also gave us a lot of freedom to visit the site and check on the progress of our home, which made us feel much more reassured. What really surprised us was that they upgraded many features for us at no extra cost – for example tiled bathrooms, beautiful island pendant lights, a shed, a laundry sink and more – all better than what was written in the original contract. When it came to settlement, we were on a tight schedule and wanted to settle earlier if possible. Tailored Homes did everything they could to accommodate this and helped us settle as early as we needed. Throughout the whole process, whenever we found any construction issues and contacted Apple, she always arranged someone to come and fix them straight away. This is our first home to live in, so we are quite fussy about details, but the Tailored Homes team was always understanding and patient in helping us resolve everything. Overall, the whole buying experience was very smooth and gave us a lot of peace of mind. We would be very happy to work with Tailored Homes again in the future.
