We are in love with our new home built by Benchmark Homes! The team's top quality contractors, experience, attention to detail and friendly approach truly made the experience worthwhile. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome and highly recommend Benchmark Homes for their quality craftsmanship and excellent service.

We discovered Benchmark at one of their show homes and fell in love with their architectural instincts and incredible eye for detail. We decided on building with them and enjoyed the process that they guided us through to end up where we are today! No idea was off the table and they helped to implement any idea and provide feedback on the best way to achieve it, whilst also ensuring it was cost-effective. We are incredibly happy with the end result, it doesn’t feel like just a home, but a masterpiece. The team that run Benchmark are incredibly friendly and willing to help, even the project manager helped to move us in on the handover day! We will definitely be back to build with Benchmark when it is time to upgrade! Thanks Team Benchmark!

Working with Benchmark felt like being part of a close-knit, supportive family—paired with the polished systems and professionalism of a large corporate organisation. This is our home build journey with the extremely remarkable team at Benchmark Homes. Our experience was unique because we were building for the first time in New Zealand remotely from Singapore. We were cognizant of the risks and difficulties of having to build a new house remotely because we are totally reliant on Google map, emails/ PowerPoint and most importantly a trustworthy builder who could deliver on their promises. The thought was daunting and we nearly gave up the idea until we met Benchmark Homes. After multiple zoom calls with Ben & Bex who were incredibly patient and knowledgeable, we took a leap of faith to build with them. The whole building journey had been nothing but exciting, enriching and enjoyable for us. I can't see how building our dream home in New Zealand is possible without this great team. The tools they use were awesome and we can track our home build progress in a timely manner remotely. The team at Benchmark Homes truly care for us and we count them our first friends in Christchurch. Everybody went the extra mile. I can never forget how Sam spoke to the council over an hour to help us solve issues which we would never have been able to handle remotely, and our Project Manager Killian came to the airport to pick me up when I arrived in Christchurch for the handover! The builder is the determinant factor on whether your home build is filled with joy or grief and I can safely say it was a joy filled experience for us. To say we are thankful is an understatement.

The Benchmark team were incredibly professional and communication was exceptional from day 1 of enquiring about doing a build then right through the building process to the handover. I would highly recommend this Company to build with. If I have the opportunity to build again I would 100% use BenchMark Homes.
