My beautiful home crafted by Whitewood Homes is by far the most outstanding home in my area in terms of craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality of the finished product. I am thrilled with my home and can highly recommend Mal and Hannah for their superior work and also their ongoing support. We engaged White Wood Homes to build a turn-key rental investment property (land and house package). From design (including adding an extra bedroom to increase the rental yield), to fixed price staged contract, to regular updates against the project plan (including progress photo's), our bank manager was satisfied and the project delivery a dream. The proof is in happy tenants. We have had the same tenants since the home was delivered six year ago. Tenants who are happily filling the extra bedrooms with a growing family, fulfilling our dream of providing warm, dry, affordable housing to those that need it. I would not hesitate to recommend White Wood Homes for an end-to-end design and build project, for you or as an investment. We used White Wood Homes for our investment project after the successful renovation of our Hamilton River Road property. A circa 1967 340m2 Lockwood show home stuck in a timewarp! Completely stripped back to bare bones, re-roofed, re-clad, re-lined (yes we kicked the 100% wood look for touch to drag the property into the 21st Century) with new wiring, plumbing and appliances, and expansive decks overlooking the sunsets on the Waikato river. Great home to bring up our large family. Sold for 266% of the purchase price or 187% of the project cost (including purchase price).

Malachi, Hannah and their team at White Wood Homes built us a fabulous, Master Builders Gold Medal Award winning home at Rangitahi in Raglan. Our home was a challenging architect designed 5 bedroom project over 3 levels on a sloping site. Every detail was executed with skill, precision and care. Communication was clear and timely with the options for addressing issues clearly laid out. Despite the challenges and complexity the project came in with less than 2% variation from budget, an awesome performance given the building supply and economic situation over the past couple of years. We cannot recommend White Wood Homes highly enough, they made a house into a home.

We built our home with Whitewood just over 3 years ago. Malachi and Hannah’s attention to detail and professionalism was top quality. No question or request was too much and the boys on site were always friendly. The quality of the finish in our home is excellent. Just 2 months ago, we had a minor issue with a cavity slider and Malachi came to fix it promptly. I know other people who have built homes with other companies and builders do not come 3 years after a build is finished and fix things as a courtesy. This is the standard you can expect with Whitewood if you choose to build with them. Quality, service and a great attitude, you can’t ask for more! We would happily build with them again, but we like this house too much!
