Nate and the Sentinel team built for us in 2018. My favourite parts of the experience were their efforts to make my ideas work. I wanted the minimum number of textures and materials - the efforts they made to find matching bathroom and laundry cabinets, or find a cork flooring product for bathroom and kitchen. Seven years on and the house is proud, sound and if there are any niggles, they go over and above to solve them. Highly recommended, would struggle to build with anyone else - because I trust Nate and the crew will do right by you.

What an incredible showhome - so much thought and design details have gone into this lovely family home. We really loved being shown around and couldn’t have asked for a better experience by the very talented, knowledgeable and kind Mel. She was helpful in answering all our questions as well as patient with our 2 kids who were in tow, and also had lots of cool ideas to share! Thanks so much.

We spent two years visiting showhomes and talking to various build companies, and Sentinel Homes stood out, entirely because of Rhys. From the very first interaction, he made us feel heard, respected, and supported, something we didn’t experience with other companies. While many dismissed us or made us feel judged, especially at homeshows, Rhys was the complete opposite. He was open, honest, and incredibly genuine with every bit of advice he gave. The design and selections process was smooth, and we felt well-supported throughout. Like any build, there were a couple of moments where things didn’t go exactly as planned. But what really stood out was how Sentinel responded. They didn’t deflect or make excuses; instead, they took ownership and acted quickly to resolve the issues. Their professionalism and commitment to getting things right gave us real confidence in the team and made a big difference to our overall experience. The house itself is beautiful. We love the layout, the natural light, and the way it takes advantage of the views. The quality of the finish is excellent, and it truly feels like a home that reflects our vision. We built with Sentinel homes last year. The quality is exceptional and the build journey was stress free. Rhys who was our design and build consultant was very helpful with our long list of requests and made our dream home possible.

From the moment we first contacted Rhys from Sentinel for the free site check before we had even purchased our land we had a great feeling about them. Rhys was super responsive and took us seriously right from the start! We met him onsite and then in the showhome to discuss ideas, he was friendly and easy to chat to and made our family feel welcome and that he genuinely was excited to help us through our building journey! He was so great that we never even looked at any other building companies, as we just liked the vibe that we got from the whole team and that they focus on building high quality homes tailored to you. The communication and follow up from Rhys was excellent and he went out of his way to come and see us at home an hour away to fit in with our busy work/family life if we couldn’t make it up to Hamilton.
