We had a great experience building with Latitude Homes. The build was completed on time and within budget, which was great. Communication was clear throughout, and the whole process was well organised. Everyone we dealt with, including all the subcontractors, was skilled, professional, and easy to work with. Ross, Lee and Richard were approachable and kept us well informed at every stage, and the quality of the finish speaks for itself. Having a home built was a first for us and needless to say as rookies we were a little nervous about the whole process but working with Ross & Lee at Latitude Homes made the entire experience not only smooth, but actually enjoyable. From the start to finish, Ross, Lee, and Richard made us feel like we were working with friends rather than just a building company. The whole process was very professional, but it was paired with a personal touch that made such a difference along the way. Throughout the process we were fully informed with Richards weekly updates on what they had achieved during the week along with photos and a schedule of what would happen during the following week. It was very clear to us that we were working with perfectionists. We have built before with other building companies and this build with Ross & Lee was absolutely seamless from start to finish, these guys are the best in the business by far. During the build we had great communication and weekly updates, Lee & Ross are honestly the easiest people to work with. Ross and Lee Hughey are great in what they do. Easy to deal with from the beginning of the project until it’s completed it’s an easy breeze. They are very professional, always communicate with us if there are issues to deal with. Richard the project manager’s weekly progress report with photos and what’s the plan for the following week was great. I highly recommend them.
