Dan is one of the best builders I have ever dealt with. He has a heart to see the customer succeed, as well as his business, which is rare to find. When I had the chance to get him to build my house I was over the moon. He was fantastic to deal with, easy to get hold of, and was a real professional when working through issues. His timeframes are fantastic, and the end package is awesome. I have gone with the big businesses when building a house, and Dan is by far, a mile ahead of them!

This is a fantastic team. We had an addition and remodel on our house and are beyond happy. Dan is an excellent problem solver and his team offered great ideas when we hit an obstacle. Lots of 'can do' attitude. Would absolutely use them again.

Dan and the team were amazing to work with, working within my budget and on a tricky section they managed to help design and execute an amazing home for me. Such a great experience building with precision and working with all their amazing team making sure all the details I wanted down to the kitchen and bathrooms were perfect They will definitely build any new homes in the future.. if I ever leave this one

I cannot thank Dan Bennett enough for his professionalism during my home build. Precision Builders were amazing and went out of their way to assist me though the building process. I never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but was encouraged to make decisions about my home that I would enjoy. There were even times that Precisions Builders put in extra time to assist with landscaping jobs to ensure the building process was stress free. Precision Builders are a friendly and polite group of builders who will always wave out and/or stop to say hello when working on other builds in and around Rolleston long after they have finished your house. I would highly recommend Precision Builders to anyone looking to build a new home.

Dan and his team are very professional reliable, Honest, punctual. With this being our first Build Dan took me through the whole process. Even wit the plan. Built within our Budget, and we have the best house on the street. As many people who walk past our house keep telling us. I have no problems recommending Dan and his team From Percision Builders.
