Fantastic experience working with Rag Renos on a rather large project for our house. We had a vision when we first purchased the house and talked to a few different companies/builders, Rag Renos gave us the most detailed quote and confidence that we could get through the project plus council inspections without too many problems. We wanted to add 2 ensuite bathrooms, convert a family room to a large bedroom with wardrobe, move our hot water cylinder outside and use the hot water cylinder space for a new laundry. During the project they were great to work with and came up with lots of solutions which made sense for us and kept the project moving along with our tight deadline. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and involved in the decision making. They were flexible and adapted to any challenges quickly. Quality of the building work and the finishing was also very high. We felt like Sean, our project manager, was always there for us right till the end and everyone showed a lot of care. We stuck to the original budget almost exactly which pretty much never happens with these projects. Would not hesitate to use Rag Renos again in the future or recommend them to others.
