It was great to have Martin to complete our fencing project around our property boundary. The job was completed fast and well and he is an all round good chap. I recommend Martin for your jobs big and small.

We recently had Martin renovate a large area of our home, creating a separate laundry area from our cluttered 70's bathroom and adding a vanity to our toilet. It was a big job with rot in the flooring and required going back to framing in the whole area to give us a complete re-do. Throughout the whole process Martin had fantastic communication, clarifying all costs and processes beforehand and regularly updating us as the project rolled out. He offered us great ideas on how to use the space more efficiently when it came to the design and layout. He tackled all the challenges of our project professionally and efficiently and reduced any stress that renovating a bathroom can cause, ensuring all the other aspects such as windows, plumbing, electrical work, etc. flowed without any downtime. We are so happy with our new bathroom/laundry/toilet space! We are looking forward to working with Martin again for our next project.

I was most impressed with M Gaines Building. I had to have an ensuite replaced and long term leak damage repaired. Martin's quote was prompt and very competitive and the job was completed speedily. Martin managed everything and I was stress free. Will definitely use this firm again.
