Karl and his team have built three houses for us now. He has supported us through the design and build process, which has ensured we have the outcomes we want. He gets to know your 'style' and works to make it happen. No question is too small. He really listens and makes sure we are satisfied. Karl employs a fantastic team who are all focused on doing their best job. Our house is a testament to the expertise and passion everyone had when working on our home. They were artists. We got to know all the team who became 'family' during the process. Clear communication with trades, who Karl has also chosen for their high level of expertise made the timing schedule work well. We would absolutely ask Karl to build our next home except we love our current one so much.

Karl and his team were extremely easy to work with. I was away overseas when they did a 6 month renovation of my house. Despite being away, Karl kept me fully up to date on all aspects of the build. When problems occurred Karl quickly offered options to me and his recommendations were spot on. Despite the build being bespoke, Karl came in very close to his original estimate. I would have no hesitation in using Karl again in the future.
