Fowler Homes Queenstown & Central Otago

We have chosen to work with the team at Fowler Homes for our last few projects and found the whole team great to work with. The experience we had working with the designer and watching our investments coming to life was really enjoyable. Always fun to see updates and photo’s from Damian each week!

We built with Fowler Homes in Hanley’s Farm and couldn’t have had a better experience. Having the ability to choose all of our selections for our build, along with designing a custom floor plan was ideal, as well as being provided a clear fixed price contract for the build. The team provided clear communication throughout the build, with regular updates on progress. The team have a great deal of experience and assisted with questions and recommendations on things we weren’t sure on. Come the end of the build, we have a high quality home that we love. We’re looking forward to building again in the future and will be returning back to Fowler Homes

I haven’t yet had the pleasure of building with Jason and his team at Fowler Homes, but I have had multiple dealings with them through several clients of mine who have built with them. The thing that surprises me is that everyone I've spoken to who has built with them is so impressed with their service, transparency and communication, and the superior quality of build they receive. Genuinely, it’s not often you hear so many compliments at the end of a build process. And that mirrors my many dealings with the company and staff also. Highly recommend.

Jason, Ed and Damian at Fowler Homes were great to deal with. We asked for a hands-off project and they listened.. they took care of everything (apart from choosing color schemes etc..) and kept us updated every step of the way. We had some comments along the way and at our final visit. They acted upon those promptly and rectified as we asked. They were very responsive throughout the process too. We are very happy with the build and we will be using them again for our next project.
