The two Jacks and their team were simply awesome. They were punctual, courteous and unobtrusive in their work as my partner and I had to continue to work in our home office during the period. The work was first rate, and their attention to detail and to respond to even our most fiddly request was amazing. Completely recommend this team to anyone seeking to do renovations or building of any sort.

Our new fence has made a great difference to privacy and relaxation, and we are not worried about future frosty weather now with the nonslip paint on our front steps. Thanks so much Polar Build for the work you've done and the professional way you've gone about it.

Polarbuild did my complete bathroom renovation July 2025. This was hands down the best experience I have had with a building company after doing many renovations and a complete house build in both Auckland and Dunedin . The Jacks were efficient and attentive . The planning of the job and management of sub contractors and services was meticulous. They listened and followed through with my vision despite a challenging site ( 1800’s stone cottage with no wall access and no square walls ). The finished product has exceeded my expectations . I would use no other company in the future and would highly recommend their services.
