Highly recommend Cain Built for their standards and reliability. Tim was referred to me by a trusted plumbing/electrical company to carry out the renovation in the upstairs bathroom & toilet. At every step, Tim provided expert guidance as well as valuable insights to tradeoffs with various options - which I absolutely appreciated. Ben the site foreman went above and beyond with other addition jobs outside the scope, and was always cheerful every time I see him! The entire place was kept extremely tidy, and great care was taken on carpet flooring etc. Tim personally turned up on final day to do another round of vacuum, clean, touched up walls, including sorting the skip bin....just a remarkable attention to details professional. One of the best things is the transparency in pricing/costs, subtrades, scope variation, timeframes, and all the certifications. Cain Built remains my default first choice.

Tim and the team have done 4 big jobs for us so far on two different properties. Everything about the experiences has been brilliant. From the initial & ongoing contact, to the workmanship, follow-up and the ability Tim has to arrange and manage other specialties in the industry to provide a total building service. Tim is also not shy about advising when work doesn't need to be done and has saved us literally thousands by simply being an honest guy and great at his craft. I will not use anyone else for builds or renovations.

Cain Built If you want quality and peace of mind with your project look no further. Tim's team have got you covered. Our plan was to open-up our 1950s state home with living and dining areas opening into a deck. With our building plans and consent we consulted with Tim. First impression was he knows his craft back to front. He spotted loopholes in the plan and questioned items which other building companies didn't notice when we were canvassing the right building team for us. From there the project went smoothly with a few bumps which Tim's team addressed without raising any concerns on our part. The attention to detail is spot on. The team is dedicated and takes pride in the product they produce at the end of the day. They are very professional and at the same time treated us as family. Communication is superb. They would also go an extra mile to fulfill your wish list. Tim is very hands on. Our renovation journey with Cain Built was very satisfying and we would undoubtedly recommend them and should we have another project we would definitely get them on board.
