We bought our home through Neilston Homes in July 2025. The new build process is never perfect but Neilston were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout. Sara, Jim and Gerard were particularly great, coming to the table on all of our questions and queries and hashing out solutions that worked for everyone. On top of that we are very happy with our home, the house is designed thoughtfully and it is warm, dry and quiet. We would recommend working with Neilston Homes to anyone who is looking to work with a building company that can give you great service, great quality and great pricing.

I can easily tick all the boxes above, my wife and I purchased two properties as investments and I can honestly say it was a seamless, pleasant experience. At the end of the building process we were presented with two beautiful brand new townhouses. Gerard, Sara and Matt were brilliant to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. The homes are built to a far higher standard than my own private residence, but we are pleased that some deserving tenant will at least enjoy them. We were kept informed the whole time and the new builds were completed well before the stated time.
