Brooksfield

Just purchased one off another lady who only had to sell and move because of age related reasons. Brookfields are really helpful I think they do more than what they probably need to. Good managers. I love the character of the homes, good quality. I did have to replace the dishwasher as eurotech went bust and I couldn’t repair it, though they wouldn’t know that would happen. I think overall they are great for Christchurch.

This is our first time building a new house, and we've been totally blown away by the professionalism and service provided by Brooksfield's team. From Freedom in sales to Dan the builder, everyone's gone out of their way to build the place we wanted. Thank you, Brooksfield.

we highly recommend a Brooksfield home 🙂 we chose a Brooksfield home because we were renting a Brooksfield townhouse and we loved it - we decided we wanted one of our own and ended up going for a cottage which we are extremely happy with! we really enjoyed the process of buying our home because it was honestly very easy and stress free, and most importantly it was turnkey. it was also super fun making changes/upgrades to really make it our home. we love the area that our cottage is in because we are close to beaches and forests, and the side of town that we are on is safe and quiet. the style of the inside and outside of our cottage is very nice, we have some nice planting along the front of our house and a good sized backyard with a big washing line. our home is very cosy and warm, and we have so much space! the style of these homes is truly unique and stands out a lot. our home consultant Hannah, was truly amazing!! she was with us for the whole journey from when we bought the house up until settlement, and even after settlement she is still helping us. she helped us a lot and it made the process a lot easier and stress free, especially since we are first home buyers. we can't thank her enough ❤️

My partner and are very happy with everything Toby has done for us and continues to do. He really is awesome and we appreciate his taking the time to really listen to us get to know us and help us customise our Coachhouse. We are really looking forward to moving in when it is built.
