Dishonest business that uses lies and deception to just get you to sign. We were promised only a few KO houses to be built in our subdivision. They then sold the rest of the builds in our subdivision to KO. We now live amongst nothing but KO houses. Renee is a liar. Do not believe this company or anything they promise
