We had our home renovated by Richard and his team and we are very pleased with the whole thing. The team was professional and communicated well throughout the project. While there were a few minor delays caused by weather, they handled everything efficiently and kept us informed. The quality of the work met our expectations, and they were responsive to our feedback and clear on the budget changes. Overall, we're stoked with the renovation and we are more than happy to engage them again in the future. Thanks

We are beyond thrilled with the service and professionalism we received from the Baker Built team. Richard was excellent at communicating with us and keeping us updated with where things were at during every stage of the work. The entire team were friendly and very respectful on the property and always tidied up after themselves. An absolute pleasure to work with and by far the most professional team we have ever had on site. The most important part of all was the top notch workmanship. We have an old house which presented a few challenges along the way but Richard came up with excellent solutions every time and his attention to detail was exceptional.

He handled all communication with council and made sure everything was flawless. He and his team work very quick, but it doesn't affect their quality. They always show up when expected! We highly recommend Richard from Baker Built for any of your building needs. We have a very old villa that needed some serious repairs. Richard had the expertise and experience to work on this type of home. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Richard and he is amazing at finding solutions for difficult jobs! He is extremely honest, hardworking, respectful and simply great to work with. We had been looking for a good builder for a long time and were extremely grateful when we found Baker Built.
