We started our build journey by researching for a local, independant builder with a great reputation. So when we took our idea of a house build to Harvey Austen we were not disappointed. He came up with a great concept plan that incorporated all of our ideas and he improved on many aspects having viewed the site. The whole process for us flowed smoothly from the consent stage to handover. Harvey and Nicola are super organised so supply and delivery of materials seemed effortless. Their project management was excellent, as well as advice and recommendations. They always made time to talk through the stages so we were kept completely up to date. The building team were great to deal with on any visits to site, always happy to show us around and answer any questions. Austen Builders proudly won a gold award for our beautiful 437sqm home at the 2021 Registered Master Builders Competition which is well deserved in recognition of the quality of the fine workmanship, and for producing such a stunning build. We are so proud to call it home and are very thankful we chose Austen Builders to complete the project.
