In 2023 Stroud Homes Auckland South built two homes for us on one property, a family home and a minor dwelling being 65 square metres. They guided us through the process with amazing knowledge, advice and patience as we had never built anything before. Craig and the team at Stroud Homes went above and beyond their duty to give us homes that we are so happy and proud to live in. They were always aware of our budget and stuck very closely to it. We were kept up to date with weekly emails advising what would be completed each week. Of course weather sometimes changed that but again they stayed very close to the timeline given to us. Craig was always available to us either by cellphone or face to face meetings. Like a good Doctor that you trust, you need to have huge trust and faith in a building company.
