They dealt with all the planning and concent processes. Making the whole build very easy for us Any issues that arose during the build were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend Tomlins enough! One of the reasons why I chose to build with them was i didn't want any unexpected surprises at the end, Paul sorted me out with a fixed price contract so we were both on the same page with a price. He listened to what I wanted and built exactly that! I think it was about 4months from start to finish . Every day I would stop in and see progress. Paul made the whole process nice and easy. The quality was on point, the service was on point and I would have no hesitation to build with these guys again in the future! Thank you to Paul and the team :)
