Icon Construction & Renovation Limited

We've used Icon Construction twice for different projects over the last five years. One for a complete house reclad and one for an ensuite renovation. Very different sized projects but their project management, use of high quality subcontractors, and their ability to manage tricky building inspections were great for both projects. We liked their use of CoConstruct as a project management app for keeping us up to date and loading documents, financial tracking etc.

Absolutely recommend Icon Construction to anyone who is out there thinking of doing a new build or reno. Their attention to detail, finishing touches and workmanship was outstanding and we always felt we were dealing with a company that knew what they were doing. Icon Construction were chosen by us to carry out a comprehensive renovation (and extension) of a large 1890's period villa. Whilst the project was long and demanding, their attention to detail throughout the was exemplary matched only by their commitment to the project and the quality of the Icon team. Sally and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Icon Construction team to any one seeking an outstanding result on a home build project and will look to use them again in the not too distant future.

They kept us up to date and communication was clear, they organised the subtrades and kept them on task, problem solving when the inevitable snags happened. They delivered a high quality finish and I would happily use them again if we ever renovate another home.

Our job was not large, but it was treated as if it were as important as any larger job - responses to questions and queries was instantaneous - in fact all of the communications with everyone was outstanding, subbies turned up on time, everyone cleaned up after their work - in fact the entire experience was excellent!!!!
