Had a nice experience exploring a new build with this team. We ended up not moving forward with the build due to cost. That being said, we only decided to not move forward after this team put together a few rounds of contracts for us to try to make something work. Their communication and transparency during the sales process was top notch and if we come back around to build in the future, we would happily start that process with them again.

We built our dream home with Stonewood WestCoast. They were very helpful in every aspect and provided high quality services. I found them flexible with changing/modifying the selected design according to our needs. The pricing was very reasonable with all the additions we made into the design and with the brands we chose and fixtures we selected for our home. Peter and Naomi were always available, prompt in responses and replying to our calls and messages. They did an excellent project management with our build and kept everything within the budget.
