The team at Jennian Homes West Coast were great to deal with throughout the planning and build process. The months of working with the consultant, carefully taking into account all of our wants and ‘must haves’, planning each detail in a professional and thorough manner. The Project Manager and construction team made our vision become a reality. We love our new home, the quality of workmanship is excellent and the staff at Jennian made the whole process easy.

Building our first home was a big decision to take in 2015. Right from the first initial meeting with Frank, we felt listened to, well-informed and comfortable. With pricing set up front and a schedule broken down into stages, we knew exactly what the build will cost, when each stage is getting done and the process the build will take. Our dream home turned into the dream build, with price as quoted, timeframes as predicted and quality of workmanship next level. Unfortunately, our beautiful home was flooded in 2021 Westport Floods. Surprisingly to us, Frank reached out, and fast tracked the rebuilt of our home internally in a record breaking 4 months! He and has his team went above and beyond to get our family back home. The customer care and looking out for past customers really stood out for us. For anyone looking to build, we couldn't recommend Frank and his team at Jennian West Coast highly enough!
