I am currently building a home in Wanaka with Signature Homes and the experience so far has been excellent. From the outset, I’ve felt like they’ve really listened to me. Their communication has been clear, transparent and very timely which has meant a seamless process. Any queries I’ve made have been responded to very quickly and the whole team has made me feel valued as a client. Attention to detail has been impressive and I feel very confident in Sam Project Managing the job, everything is so well planned out before even breaking ground. It’s also clear they maintain good relationships with their subbies, given how smoothly the build has run to date. Every member of the team has been super approachable, yet professional and clearly want a great result for the client. I have built with a number of Building Companies and my experience with Signature Homes and the team in Cromwell has been one of the best so I feel very pleased to have chosen them. Building with Signature Homes Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago was a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. Before signing anything, we were given a clear and detailed breakdown of all costs, and any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. They also took the time at the start to make sure everything was right before the build began, which gave us extra confidence moving forward. Since we weren’t living in the area during the build, we could only visit on weekends and outside regular hours—but this was never an issue. We also received weekly progress reports with photo updates, which gave us peace of mind throughout the process. They made some great suggestions for minor changes to the build, which really improved the final result. We also really appreciated how the different Signature Homes franchises worked together while we were researching our options. The home turned out even better than we had imagined—well built, thoughtfully finished, and exactly what we were hoping for. It was also completed well ahead of the Guaranteed Completion Date (GCD), which was a huge help, especially as our circumstances had changed and we needed to move in earlier than expected.

We built with Signature Homes with Chris and Renee and had a great experience working with them. A number of our friends have been put off building with other companies in town, however, we wouldn't hesitate to build with Signature again. The team was professional and approachable and always available to assist. Naturally there were some extra costs involved throughout the process, but it wouldn't be building without these popping up from time to time. Great service and team, and genuinely want to see you in your home! Fantastic job!
