Energyworks engaged SBA Civil for a complex civil and utilities workscope within a high hazard industrial fuels storage facility in Wellington. The workscope interfaced with multiple stakeholders including belowground gas, power, comms, three waters infrastructure and the existing live 14" liquid fuel line (that we were replacing), coupled with contaminated soils and high groundwater levels requiring a comprehensive dewatering management plan. Aboveground interfaces included traffic management, railway easement, temporary shoring of HV powerlines and existing bulk liquid fuel tanks and infrastructure. SBA Civil managed this complex work scope professionally and expediently, with strong levels of communication, detailed planning and robust management of change processes. Energyworks would certainly work alongside SBA Civil again and would highly recommend their capabilities to others wanting a comprehensive delivery of complex civil work scopes.
