Pzazz Building Kapiti

Had Pzazz come in and gut and redo our laundry. From the beginning, communication was clear, thorough and no-nonsense. pricing was explained and detailed, when we hit unexpected issues (common in a 1950s house) Pzazz went through all the options, and at no point did I ever feel pressured. Despite the Christmas break, the job was completed when they said they would, and the final invoice clearly indicated where the costs went under and over, resulting in a total cost with no surprised, in budget and on time. Will definitely use them again for our next renovation.

Really appreciate the attention to detail and getting things just how I wanted them. Great communication throughout as well, highly recommend. I'm completely in love with my new bathroom!

Cory and his team did.an outstanding job of building.and installing a new ensuite for us. They came as scheduled, kept.us informed of.progress and any changes,.and were mindful that we were still in the house as they worked. Any minor imperfections were promptly fixed, and we were included in making decisions that would affect us. All the trades (plumbers, electrician, plasterer, painter, carpet layer) were also excellent. We would hire them again..

We contracted Pzazz to renovate our rather unusual property as the house was in need of updating due to the tiny kitchen and bedrooms. We met with Rudy and Joel to discuss the build and what we wanted out of the remodelling, they took our ideas away and came up with a design that we were happy with. We also met with Sandra to discuss the kitchen work who had some awesome ideas which we incorporated into the over all design. Once we finalised the designs and had the quotes we started the project off. As with any remodelling project we ran into a few unexpected situations, Joel and the team at Pzazz were very helpful about working with us and telling us what we needed to do, how we could resolve the issues, and what was needed next. They were very professional and pragmatic about how to approach these issues and we are very happy with the results that have been delivered. Once the council put in a requirement for steps out the back of the property, Cory arrived to take a look at the job and suggested a small deck out the back of the property instead, which was an awesome idea. We're very happy with the way that this has opened the kitchen out further into the back yard and very happy with all the work that has been completed. I recommend Pzazz to take care of your renovation / remodelling needs, they're a great team and I look forward to working with them again. Pzazz Kapiti recently renovated my kitchen (which I'd put off for several years as I knew it was a big job!) and Rudy was fantastic at getting the whole process started, and teasing out what it was that I wanted. The builders were great - professional and courtous, and made the hard work look easy. All the subtrades that Pzazz works with are without a doubt exceptional and were a pleasure to deal with. They all showed a great deal of knowledge of their respective trades, and held themselves to very high standards of work - if they wouldn't tolerate it in their house, they weren't about to do it mine! They answered lots of questions which I was grateful for as it was a great learning experience for me (not that I'll be renovating another kitchen for many years!). I thoroughly recommend Pzazz Kapiti for any building work you thinking of.
