Refresh Renovations Auckland Central - John and Maree de Latour

Quick shout-out to Refresh Renovations (Auckland Central), for our recent bathroom reno. Maree was great and listened to us every step of the way. We were after concept designs in the first instance, to decide what made sense to do, and ended up pursuing a partial renovation to freshen up the space (see before and after pics). The concept plans are still there for us / a future owner to pursue in further stages down the track if desired. Maree waved her magic wand and had the various tradies all turning up in sequence, and supporting each other. As a result, the job was turned around pretty quickly and on-budget, and the inconvenience of being without the main bathroom was kept to a minimum. We were kept up to date with all that was happening and really pleased with the end result. Thanks!

Refresh Auckland recently did an exterior renovation on our two-storey wood and brick house. Maree was a delight to work with - no question was too hard or too stupid. She organised everything for us, using friendly and skilled tradespeople. The way Refresh works gave us certainty over the costs as everything was agreed up front. We decided to renovate our kitchen and living area while both working full time, in the lead up to Christmas, with a toddler and another baby due imminently. As there was no room for error we decided we needed a project manager to guide us and keep the kitchen renovation on track and on budget. Maree at Refresh renovations Auckland worked with us to get to a design that was within our budget and then made sure that it was delivered on time and to a high standard. We’re delighted with the results.

Maree was an excellent project manager, with prompt communication and great attention to detail. Did a great job following up with suppliers, contractors and resolving any problems. We are very happy and would use Refresh again for any future renovations. We love our new space.

We worked on a wonderful project with Maree, John and the team at Refresh Renovations Auckland. We did the decluttering, furniture charity donations and storage arrangements before a whole house renovation and then unpacked again afterwards. The home looked absolutely beautiful, particularly the update to the kitchen that Maree had recommended. Maree is a consummate professional, she communicates often and you always know where things stand. The project was finished exactly on the day that Maree said it would, which meant we could keep to our schedule too. We look forward to working together again in the future.
