The team actually listened, followed through on what they promised, and delivered quality work without cutting corners. Communication was quick and straightforward, and any questions I had were dealt with properly — no runaround. It’s rare to find a business that combines efficiency with genuine care, but these guys managed it. My wife and I own a Villa in onehunga and badly needed to do repairs on the front deck. Our concerns with finding the right builder were around finding a team that understood the Villa character and were willing to listen to our individual needs. We meet Kiel first / who listened and to us and provided a fast and fair quote. We then meet the building team Carlos and Drew. They were amazing, Carlos in particular loves villas, made some good suggestions and took great care in the work he did. We ended up asking the team to complete further jobs and Kiel came back at 7.30pm to check the other jobs and quoted them quickly. Overall an amazing customer experience- if you are looking for a builder team that can support your vision and project speak to Kiel and his team. We will be recommending to family and friends.
