Jake and his team did a fantastic 120sqm extension on our home in the waikato. Jake & Faye are easy to deal with and listened to our requests and delivered exactly what was quoted & promised to an outstanding quality and workmanship.

We have had an ongoing roof leakage for years which no one has managed to trace and repair. Read the reviews of Jake's company, sounded very good so phoned and asked him to check out for us which he did same day as my call. He noticed what was required with one look and after an initial hiccup all is now good especially being able to put away the buckets, totally recommend. Thanks Jake and your co worker.

Highly recommend! These guys were awesome, professional, clean, communicative and had a high standard of work. Worked within our budget, made suggestions around savings and provided a fixed quote, which they stuck to. We renovated a 1980s bathroom, toilet and shower area. Will definitely get use again for our kitchen Reno. 10/10!

Highly recommend RB Thomas LTD. Initially contracted to turn a adjoining bedroom into a ensuite/walk in Waldrobe, ended up carrying on renovating the master and a second bedroom. All completed to a high standard finish and within the quoted price. With multiple public holidays, council inspection delays and personal circumstances during the timeframe, Jake and Justin even did a couple of saturdays to "catch up" to ensure the job got done. Jake handled a team of archhitects, council and sub contractors leaving us stress free of organising and timing of other trades. Even guiding us through a couple of DIY projects to save on cost. This all resulted in the created space we are extremely happy with and Jake, Justin and the many other tradesman who contributed can be proud of.
