Modern Building Solutions Ltd - Transportable Home Specialists

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Modern Build Solutions! We recently contracted them to build a 1-bedroom home for my Mum, and the whole process was impressively smooth from start to finish. Built in just 6 weeks at their warehouse, high quality, efficient and best of all transportable. What really set MBS apart was how seamlessly they managed the entire project. Removing the stress from us having to project manage council consents, dealing with architects, plumbers and electricians etc was a huge plus for us. Professional, well-organised and great communication throughout and good follow-up. Mum loves showing of her new home, we would definitely recommend MBS.

Wow. From start to finish the team at MBS have been amazing at helping us to achieve the home we have been searching for. We had looked at so many tiny home companies and had given up hope until coming across MBS. They helped us with all aspects that come with building a home (council consents) going above and beyond to make this work for us before even signing up. We were a bit anxious purchasing a tiny home for our bare land that we were going to live in short-term before we built our forever home. Definitely made the right choice choosing MBS, both Andrew and John were very professional and easy to deal with making the whole process seamless. You get what you pay for and the show homes we visited on-site felt they were built with and fitted with quality materials. Fast forward five years and we are currently building our forever home, while living in the MBS transportable which we shifted again to make room for the new build and mentioning that MBS came out on their own accord to do a follow up on any defects of the tiny home once shifted again. We are that attached to it after living in it for five years that we have decided to keep it for when our adult children and family come to stay.

We have a tiny house from MBS and are still (3 years later) very pleased with it. There is good attention to detail, for example, using stainless screws where others might've saved a few cents and gone with zinc. Since buying the place we've been in contact with the team about some extras/tweaks and they've always been quick to help (and to sort things). If I was buying another tiny house I'd only go to MBS.

I Highly recommend MBS and their team. You come to them with an idea for your site and they do the rest. My favourite part was coming down to see the builds in progress and all ones they had on show. I could see the quality of the homes and felt like it was a bonus to be able to explore the different colour and layout possibilities. I love my new home and how it all came together .
