Latitude Homes Cromwell team really made our first ever house build in Wooing Tree sub division really easy. From initial consultation with Willi on the house design to getting CODC build consent, pouring the slab to handover took around 1year. Willi, Holly, Adrian, John, Cat and Jeremy took very good care of the entire house build. The entire build process was fully managed by Latitude homes as we are not based locally. We had a spy tower installed that kept us updated on the house build progress. Plus there were lots of progress updates from Adrian our build manager. The completed house build cost came in very close to the signed contract price apart from some minor changes. The house was built pretty much on time bar some whether related delays. The finish house was built to a very good standard of finish and fit. The completed house we think actually looked better than we had imagined on the original house design plans. My wife Rachel and I are very happy and grateful to the entire Latitude Team for building our first ever house build. Well done Latitude Team. Highly Recommend Latitude Homes Central Otago! We had an amazing experience building our home with Latitude Homes Central Otago. From the very beginning, Willi was super efficient and responsive, taking all our "wants" and making them work within our budget. The communication was excellent, and she really understood our vision for the home. Our project manager, Devon, was equally as efficient. Since we were living in another city during the build, we were a bit nervous about staying informed, but Devon kept us regularly updated with progress updates and answered all our questions promptly. His responsiveness and attention to detail gave us peace of mind throughout the process. Jeremy and Cat were also great to deal with and made the whole experience great. Not only are the team at latitude professional, they are such a down to earth good bunch of people. From the day we went in for our first consult till the day they gave us the keys it felt like they truly cared about what we wanted and nothing was ever too much of an ask. We went in with a price and a home in mind. They did all they could to make it exactly what we wanted and to the price we could afford was no trouble at all. Latitude Homes recently completed our new build in Lake Hāwea. We couldn’t be happier with the house. From the initial consultation with Willi (on New Year’s Eve!) to the fantastic communication and management of the build process, the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
