Landmark built a fabulous custom build dream home for us, nothing was too much trouble and the results have been outstanding, as have any minor required adjustments post moving in.

We have just recently finished the build of our first home through Landmark Homes Taupo. From the moment we signed the contract to the day we received the keys, the entire process has been extremely straightforward! The whole team at Landmark Taupo was incredibly helpful at every stage. They took the time to understand our vision and bring it to life. Their expertise and attention to detail was evident throughout, and the clear communication from Harrison our Project Manager made the journey smooth and stress-free. They met all deadlines, and to the highest quality. We couldn’t be happier with our brand new first home for our wee fam!

The Landmark team have provided a professional yet friendly experience so far throughout our build. Their updates are timely and response time to any questions are exceptional. When faced with so many decisions, you can think, ‘Where do I start?’, but selecting Landmark Homes Taupo and one of their Ready to Build plans that had been architecturally inspired gave us a great place to start and adapt the plan to suit our waterfront site. We both had ideas around what we wanted to achieve, and with the Landmark team we were able to bounce these ideas around to get the home we wanted. Having someone saying, ‘Yes, that works’ or ‘Here’s a few options, have you considered these?’ was really helpful and gave us peace of mind that you’ve thought out every option along the way.
