Our decision to build with Green Homes, Central Otago was based on the Green Homes energy efficient designs and our initial experience with the Central Otago team when considering our holiday home build options in Wanaka. We have now been in our Green Home approximately 18 months and are delighted with our decision, and as numerous visits from family and friends have commented, “what a beautiful, warm, dry and cosy house we have” which is comfortable in all Central Otago seasons. As we watch the various builds go up around us and talk from time to time with our neighbours and some of the challenges they have experienced, we appreciate more the ease of our build process and the relationship we maintained with the Central Otago Green Homes team throughout the construction.
