Building with GJ Gardener was my first experience of building, and it has been a very positive journey. My home was a complex project with an adjoined intergenerational dwelling and a disability-friendly bathroom, requiring extra design work and Council liaison, and the team handled this complexity with expertise. Josh listened carefully to what I wanted and translated our conversations into a design that truly reflected my priorities and lifestyle. A special thank you to Scott (Project Manager), Rodney (Builder), and Julieanne (Contracts Administrator). Their communication, and calm problem-solving made me feel supported throughout the process. Of course, there are things I would tweak now—but that’s just the learning curve of a first build. I love the finished home and am very grateful to the team for bringing it to life.
