Great service for those thinking of building a new home.

Most stressful experience of the three houses that we have built. Covid didn't help but better communication would have helped. Some of the subcontractors work was substandard and quality checks by the site manager would certainly have picked this up. Happy in general with the house but would advise prospective home builders check out other house builders before signing a contract.

Few hiccups post build. Still sorting out. During the building process as with any other company. Ensure frequent updates & visit site during build. I requested a spa bath as on special but the paperwork was not filed or sent in for processing. I was guttered about this & it was too late to make the change. The bath had been installed. It would of cost another $5,000 to change. Just be vigilant during these sort of things. We were both working long hours. In hindsight I would of done things differently.
