We honestly can't praise the team at Signature Homes New Plymouth enough for the experience they gave us while building our home. As first-time builders with two young kids, including a new born, the process could have easily felt overwhelming, but this team made it an absolute dream. They went above and beyond for our little whānau. Their professionalism, efficiency, and, most importantly for us - their kindness and thoughtfulness meant the world. The communication throughout our build was exceptional. What really stood out was how genuinely they all cared, and not just about the house, but about us as people. They always took the time to check in on how we were doing, asked about the kids, Trent working away, and everything in between. It made the whole experience feel personal and truly special. They made this huge life milestone feel exciting, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done, and honestly… we miss them already!! Our experience with Signature was amazing from start to finish. Grant made the start of our house building journey so easy and he was so responsive with any queries we had. When we moved onto the build we had Steve as our Project Manager who was also really awesome at getting back to us about any queries or changes we had. What an exciting time it has been. We have been living in our house for 7 months now and Signature are still there to respond to any queries in regards to maintenance etc. There were so many other people who we dealt with during our build who were all awesome at responding to our requests. 100% recommend Signature Homes to anyone that would like a stress free build where you feel like a valued customer, not just a number. We felt that Grant went above and beyond his Job Description and we are extremely grateful for that. Secondly to Steve Croton (Project Manager) Steve kept our build moving along and always ensured that the work was completed professionally and at Handover we were 6 weeks ahead of schedule. Steve was also Caring, Helpful and Patient and happy to listen to any concerns we had along our journey. Steve also went above and beyond our expectations in his role as Project Manager. I recently began the exciting journey of building a home with Signature Homes in New Plymouth, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience so far. The staff have been truly amazing, always ready to answer any questions I have promptly and thoroughly. A special shoutout to Steve for the weekly build updates; they keep me in the loop and make the process feel seamless. Additionally, working with Stephanie has been a joy as she skillfully prepares the design plans, ensuring everything aligns with my vision. What stands out the most is their flexibility. Since I’m not currently living in the country during the build, the team has been exceptionally accommodating to my needs. Their commitment to great service and efficient team management is evident.
