Regan and his team renovated the kitchen/laundry in my late father's 1980 Papamoa house. My sister and I don't live in the area, so Regan had to manage with us on emails, phone, spreadsheets and the odd visit. He was meticulous, patient, gave great advice and was very responsive. He and team were fabulous working around the needs of the residents. The work kicked off in November and was completed a week ahead of schedule, AND on budget, which is a miracle in my book. Regan and his team renovated our powder room and ensuite bathroom we were so pleased we asked them to come back to renovate our kitchen. Regan is a gem, he listens, communicates quickly and effectively and has excellent ideas. He has the patience of a saint as we altered the design a few times! The team are not only really nice guys they pride themselves on their seamless finish, skilled workmanship and are happy to return anytime to tweak the finishing touches. Elite Makeovers recently designed and installed our new kitchen. Regan was fantastic to deal with, and found ways to accommodate all of our design wish list into the final product.
