Jared and his team at Copland Builders did an outstanding job in constructing our beach crib. The project was managed exceptionally well, communication was paramount, regular and included progress photos as client and architect were resident in the North Island. The build exhibited superior craftmanship and the project was completed with care and professionalism. Jared was easy to talk to and always willing to discuss our design concerns and any change management issues, providing clear and practical solutions. The entire experience was stress free, positive, and with the knowledge that Jared was dependable, reliable and focused on attention to detail we could be confident of agreed outcomes.
