We are just in the finishing stages of building our second house with Cohesive Construction. 100% would recommend the team as they have made the whole process simple and enjoyable. The builders are very skilled and great to have on site, while Kris does the behind-the-scenes organising. Building the first house set a new record for us – zero failed council inspections, with the Code Compliance Certificate being issued directly on final inspection. That kind of reliability and efficiency makes the building process so much easier. The second house built by Cohesive Construction has different elements that required skills to get right. Horizontal shiplap larch cladding mixed with steel cladding have been crafted to look perfect. Large engineered natural macrocarpa exposed trusses were built on site and have created a beautiful space. We can confidently recommend Cohesive Construction to anyone looking for a builder who is flexible, skilled, and professional.
