We had the good fortune to trust our building project to Rowberrys. From the beginning till the end all communications was very professional end friendly. Any of our ideas was carefully considered and implemented on the best possible ways. Because our property on a remote location 80 km away from Nelson the planning and executing of the logistics was crucial. Tracy`s and Travis's experience and problem solving done it without any delays and problems. The building started end of August and the house was standing finished by the 2nd week of december. after that just some final touches and the C.O.C. was presented by April. The work and the craftsmanship are outstanding, beautifully done and all the tradesman, plumber, electrician etc. employed by the Rowberrys also done an outstanding quality of work. Travis and his team built our new home this year. Travis and his wife Tracey are an amazing team and their builders are all great. We had a really awesome building experience. Travis and crew built my house in 2024. I'm very happy with how it turned out and appreciated how smoothly the entire process went. They were strong communicators which was one of the main things I was looking for when I chose a builder to go with. I dropped by the site fairly often and they always took the time to answer of the questions I had along the way.

Rowberry Builders re-built and extended the complete top storey of our house at Marybank in late 2019/early 2020. We lived on-site whilst the house was re-built around us and could not have wished for a better and more considerate team than Travis and his crew. Travis guided us through the planning and resource consent process and during the re-build itself we were consulted regularly and kept informed at each stage in the work. Travis’ advice and his readiness to respond to any questions or concerns that we had proved invaluable, as we had no experience of renovations on this scale. The input from Rowberry Builders enhanced the original design and ultimately gave us a living space that we are delighted with. Rowberry Builders recently did a considerable amount of repair work and fitted corner soakers to all corners of our two-storey weatherboard home in preparation for painting. We are very pleased with the work they did and the value for money we received.
