Classic Builders - Head Office

Started our build process in 2023. Moved in March 2024 and have had issues with bad workmanship everywhere, inside and out. Our lawyer prior to settlement got hold of Classics Builders lawyer to state there was issues. They returned saying no problems with the house. Since then almost every tradie has stepped up and been back to remedy the issues. The painter has been and made things worse. Photos show only a minor amount of roughly 400 we have that are paint issues, defects, bad workmanship. We have a 24 month aftercare policy signed by lakes districts licensee and the managing director of classic builders. We have raised these issues with them under the policy which is a legally binding document but still failing to remedy. They just put it into a lawyers hands and all that has done is get us threatened with scaremongering. We have the house and all the issues. Wouldn't recommend anyone use Classic builders all over the country because it there are issues chances are they wont all get sorted and head office don't seem interested. Thought they would help but no such luck.
