Check Home we’re super easy to deal with and the attention to detail in our builders report was amazing. Matt was great at communicating and answering any questions we had. The report covered everything we needed to feel secure in purchasing our first home. Will be using Check Home again in the future.

I was a prospective buyer. Report was comprehensive and detailed with good clear photos and plain English descriptions of what was found. Clear about what was and wasn't checked. Conversation with builder to talk through a couple of things in the report was really helpful too. Original inspection date had to be moved as builder was unwell, but the office arranged a new time with the real estate agent directly which made it easy for me.

Matt and Harvey I would highly recommend (Wellington/Lower Hutt). Both were great to deal with. If you have questions ask them, they’re easy to talk to and I felt like I wasn’t an inconvenience when trying to understand findings in their reports.
