Signature Homes Greater Wellington

I waited until we'd been in our new Signature Home for a year before writing a review. I wanted to be completely comfortable in what I said. We took the knock-down rebuild option from Signature Homes Greater Wellington. From the first exploratory discussions about design through to our first year of living in our new home Signature Homes have been wonderful. We were always listened to carefully and the planning process was an exhilarating journey. We were guided through the options and were always well-advised when choices were to be made. It was such fun to see our outline for our dream home turned into a real working plan. We were kept well informed at every step of the build process, which proceeded on schedule and without problems. There was consultation at every stage and the house was completed within the specified time and within budget. We were completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship. Despite being built in a Special Engineering Design Zone because of extreme winds, we love living in a comfortable, cosy house regardless of the weather. This is a house that has been built for the conditions! During the first year we experienced a few of the minor issues that one expects in a new home: interior sliding doors not closing quite right, some gaps not filled, some minor issues with cupboard doors and shelves. But all issues were fixed within days of us notifying Signature Homes. The thought of having a house built always daunted me. But with Signature Homes the whole process has been a pleasure, an exciting adventure. And we now have a beautiful, comfortable, quality home to last us a lifetime.
