Justin and his team were the best builders we have worked with. Doing a major extension and new roof is a stressful operation but Justin handled everything so we just concentrated on working. All dealing with other contractors, architect and the Council were handled by CBM. We were consulted when decisions needed to be made and given great advice helping with those decisions. As we added to the project Justin kept us up with price increases so there were no surprises on payments. Importantly CBM ran on time. The staff were fantastic, professional and very experienced. If you need a building company to do that big or small house reno these guys are the team to do it.

We chose Justin and the CBM Construction team to do a major job for us after getting exceptional feedback from one of his prior clients. We extended our early 1900’s home, adding a new kitchen, dining and living area, with a new laundry and bathroom, and full re-roof. They connected the extension seamlessly with the original house and despite the challenges of working with an older home, Justin kept the project right on time and as close to budget as we could hope, which was quite remarkable in the post-Covid world when everyone else seemed to be experiencing major delays and cost blowouts. Justin’s team have a great eye for detail and take great pride in their work. And Justin ran a smooth operation, keeping us informed of progress and making sure we were always informed of our options along the way. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
