Beware of this company!! Unfortunately, we have outstanding invoices with this business and despite many broken promises of payment, they remain outstanding. After another disscussion with Brad and offering as much help as we could, Brad agreed to a schedule of paying the debt off. I removed my first negative review, as agreed, giving Brad the oppurtunity to stick to his word and make the first payment, as agreed. The first payment was due a week ago. The payment never happened and only more lies have followed. Beware, Brad can spin a story! I regret not checking Buildz Ltd history online before dealing with him. Beware!

I needed to find my customer a tiny home in short notice and Brad and his guys stepped up and more than exceeded my expectations bringing in the cabin on time and in budget. They took on my project without me having to loose any sleep. Over the moon with the final result. Everyone who sees the cabin can’t help but compliment it. We are more than happy and will be using them for future projects!

I bought a tiny home from Buildz a year ago. I recognize that the covid situation both locally and worldwide caused many issues with material supply, the availability of tradesmen, etc. There was some delay in receiving my home because of this, but over all I now have a wonderful home. One issue came up, but was fixed immediately under warranty. I love my tiny home. Brad & team did all they could to accommodate me during that tough time.
