We had an amazing experience with Liam Brewer and his team. Our project was complicated as we needed complex EQC works done and we also wanted to add extensive renovations. Liam Brewer took our project on board and managed to negotiate with EQC on our behalf. He did all the paperwork and applications to the Christchurch City Council and chased them up on our behalf. After that, his team and his contractors performed extensive EQC works and all our renovations. We never had to chase them, but they chased us!!!! Our house looks amazing and the works are up to a very high standard. We are extermely grateful to Liam Brewer and his team for their hard work, amazing organisational skills and for making this stressful time almost fun for us. THANK YOU!!! One more thing to add which I think is important. Our neighbours found the builders very friendly and easy to deal with, so we had no issues with complaints from neighbours despite the extensive works undertaken.

The whole Brewer Builders team were amazing to deal with. From their admin to all of the hard working team who were on the building site, they were always kind and approachable. Over a year ago we signed a lease in a new development for our dream HJC Reformer Pilates Studio.
